Built in the early 1920's, The Dell is a private farmhouse set in lush bushland in the burgeoning Ferguson Valley region and a leisurely 2 - hour drive south of Perth.

The Dell has been lovingly restored by the property's owners, the Drexel family. Striking the perfect balance between respecting the homes original art & crafts influenced architect designed details and providing the luxuries of a modern residence.

Operating as a cattle stud, The Dell is situated on 130 acres, with Crooked Brook and the Preston River meandering through the property. The farmhouse surrounded by towering gum trees and magnificent river flats, is a welcome retreat from the stresses of city living.

The living areas are a perfect blend of new furnishings, quirky objects and antiques creating a contemporary but timeless environment. Four of the five bedrooms have french doors that open on to the verandah. All linen and towels are provided.

The gourmet style farmhouse kitchen opens on to a flag-stoned courtyard. This is a wonderful place to catch up with friends and family.

Bunbury, only 15 minutes away on the coast offers 6 day a week shopping, cafes and restaurants. Traveling slightly further afield the Margaret River / Yallingup region beckons, offering a selection of the country's premier vineyards, fresh produce, fine dining and world-class surfing.

For a holiday, business trip or just a relaxing weekend away. The Dell is a destination full of character and memories waiting to be made.
